Today, Joe ended up working on a MAJOR yard project with the neighbor (taking down the ugly 1960's fence that would fit "right in" IF we lived in Palm Springs, but not here...) It was a complete last-minute plan (poor Joe has worked his tail off today.) He also went swimming this morning with his friends (in prep for the Alcatraz swim) and then we both went on a run to the gym after that... He is going to be exhausted come evening.
