Hi Jill,

I spoke to the Portland USCIS office today regarding Samuel’s case.  Unfortunately, they have still not received his file from the NBC Adoptions Unit.  However, I am going to be working with our congressional liaison in Portland to try to get the file transferred here so that they can work on getting an interview scheduled for you and Samuel.
