Joe and Samuel left for the Linfield football game awhile ago... I would have loved to have gone, but my parents are coming to visit this weekend so I wanted to be home when they arrive. I can count on one hand, the times we have let Samuel go without a nap, so I am praying he is "okay" today... It makes it hard on everyone when he gets cranky!
Tonight we are going to a fundraiser/auction for The Chelsea Hicks Foundation... They do some wonderful work for families who have children going through serious illnesses/treatments. We are good friends with a one of the board members AND by total coincidence this summer, Samuel actually got to take part in the "dress up" day at the hospital when we were there with Luke. It should be a really nice event and we appreciate my folks being willing to watch the kiddos for us!
However, for some reason, I could not get back to sleep last night, after Luke's 3am feeding. So I am running on empty today - not good. I have had issues the whole week getting good sleep and it has finally caught up with me. Not the weekend I needed that to happen (but then, I guess there is never a good time for lack of sleep, is there?)
Random pictures, but we all had fun playing trains last night! And Samuel is REALLY into his Linfield Wildcats, so he wanted to make a "wildcat face" for one of the pictures.
