... Good to be Home

It's good to be home, as we have been "on-the-road" for awhile, so spending a weekend on the home-front - was nice. The day went by so fast, but I cherish every moment (especially now that I am back at work.)

This morning, Joe started us off with a Starbucks (yay!) and then we did some errands and got groceries...
  • Samuel: Decided he wanted to play with his play-doh today (he must have played for 45 minutes!)
  • Luke:  Enjoyed his new "Bumbo Seat" (see below...)
  • Jill: Swapped out clothes for Luke (wow... amazing how we are now past the 3-month stuff - anyone have some 6-9 month hand-me-downs?!) And tomorrow, I have to work on Samuel's closet...  This stuff takes a lot of time/effort, so I have to be in the right frame-of-mind.
  • Joe: Helped the neighbor work on our fence.
And tonight, Samuel and I made dinner together. I always LOVE when he wants to help me. He does such a good job - and is eager to learn. I know I am going to look back on these moments with such fond memories.
