Happy 4th of July!

We started off our morning with the 4th of July parade in LaPine, OR. It was a GREAT small town parade (went so long we actually had to leave early!) But we all enjoyed it and were glad we made the decision to go.

We then headed straight for Sunriver to hang out in the brand new pool/recreation center. WOW - what a nice complex. It was busy, but not so much that it felt overwhelming and we all agreed it was a great place to hang out. We stayed in the kiddie pool area (for the most part) and it was great... a sand area, pool and it was fenced in. Our friends were staying in Sunriver, so we were able to hang out with them too (Marcus and Samuel go to the same school and I also worked with both parents at Intel.)

It was a fun 4th of July! We are all exhausted now. :-)
