20-weeks today: Feeling blessed beyond measure (but I wonder if God forgot to verify our age first?)
Just received the call from the genetics counselor. Very good news indeed…
· All 46 chromosomes are normal!
· And we have confirmation of a girl!
Jill... I have been following your story since the earthquake in 2010, and check in on the blog every few weeks. Your journey with Samuel's adoption process was truly amazing to read about, and when Luke came along it was also fantastic! Now a baby girl, how incredible! Best of Luck! As they say everything happens for a reason. Perhaps you and Joe were meant to have a while to yourselves earlier in the marriage to compensate for all the "kid action" later on!
