US Adoption & Name Change: It's Official!!!

We got the envelope in the mail today with his "Certificate of US Adoption." And it includes his official name change!!! What a long road this has been, but it seems like we are almost done now. We will just wait for the birth certificate to arrive in the mail and then go apply for a SSN and passport.

Joe and I both went to pick up Samuel from school this afternoon and I couldn’t help myself from clicking the picture with his red hat. I love him. :-)

My parents will arrive tomorrow for Christmas… they haven’t seen Samuel (or us!) since September, so we are excited to see them!
