We had a really nice Christmas with my parents… we shopped, played Clue, enjoyed 2 church services, ate LOTS of good food, watched fun Christmas movies, went on a Christmas walk, opened special gifts, did some house projects, enjoyed Starbucks and just enjoyed visiting! Samuel also got an “extra special” gift: my dad designed and made a big airplane to hang from his ceiling and mom painted it… He absolutely loved it! Dad also helped Joe put up lights in the garage, which was a super gift!
It was just a very special Christmas… having Samuel at home was all we could have wished for this year! It was great to have my parents spend some time with Samuel too...
My parents headed home this morning… it was very hard to see them go. Having 5.5 hours between us is tough…
