My folks came for a visit this past weekend and we had a really nice time. We had given my mom Blazer tickets for Christmas, which meant she had to come back to visit us! :-) And we also celebrated her birthday, so it worked out well!
We really enjoyed our time together and did quite a lot while they were here... Blazer game, birthday celebration, shopping (mom even found some neat Haitian art - sunshine, pictured below!), swim lessons, church, Starbucks and we even left time for a game of Monopoly (it had been years since we had all played it!)
It was really tough to say good-bye this morning... :-( And I am sure Samuel is going to be asking: "where did grandma and papa go" for days to come. Thanks for a really nice weekend M&D!
