In this update: Doctor visit, Samuel's new school, visit from Grandma Bonnie/Uncle Todd and house painting!
We took Luke to his follow-up doctor appt. this morning... She said he is doing really well and looks to be recovering well. He weight 9lbs, 11oz, which still puts him around the 10th percentile, but he is making good progress to catch up!
Samuel has gone to his "new school" a couple of days per week... We decided we should give him some transition time to see how he does. He seems to be doing fine there - and the teachers said he is well-behaved (whew!) It's good to have the structure of school back (on the days he attends.) He is still going to his old school one day per week too - man do we love that place. We will really miss not being there... SIGH.
Joe's mom and brother are in town for a couple of days... Joe's brother is helping us paint the side of our house (we had to have some major re-siding done last spring, due to water damage.) We are so thankful he is here to get this project done! It has been hanging over our heads for a few months now (we have just had some other things going on in life!)
We are also supposed to be getting a visit from my cousin, AJ and her two daughters later this evening. We are looking forward to seeing them! She lives in Miami right now - and is back to the NW visiting family and friends....
