Samuel and I just made a 3-berry cobbler together (Luke watched from the sidelines, of course, so I had to snap a few photos of him too...) Samuel had a great time baking - and he really enjoyed the process (I let him do a lot of the work; he did a fabulous job!)
Samuel is so process-oriented, so doing things like this is fun because he stays focused. He even liked the process of cleaning up and making sure everything was "clean and in order" after we were done. He is a good kid, with a good heart. It was a fun way to spend some time together and we can't wait to enjoy it for dessert tonight!

yum!! anri loves to cook too. he likes to taste everything--before it goes in (like baking soda) and when it's in the bowl and after and... :-)
