Catching up a bit... it has been a busy time. I had Leanne watch the boys last night so that I could take the girls out for dinner (girls night out!) They picked Olive Garden, so we enjoyed our evening...
And today was another full day! We started with soccer and then Samuel and I went for groceries while the girls took care of Luke. It was kind of nice to spend some alone time with Samuel - we had a fun time at the store (even if it was just groceries.) Then Kendra and I spent a bit of time shopping at Old Navy, etc.. and that was fun too - I rarely get to go shopping anymore (and given I don't have girls, I enjoyed looking at "girl" clothes!)
We then went to Jennifer's old elementary school and played on the playground (Jennifer really wanted to be able to do this while here.) Once we arrived home, we were all tired out and didn't feel like cooking, so we headed to the pub for some "comfort food." It was a nice way to end a good day!
