Disneyland: Day Two (Afternoon/Evening)

After the nap was over (Samuel was more successful at that than I was - though I did try!) We headed to CA Adventure - to Cars Land. We went on Luigi's Tire Ride (though Samuel wasn't all that thrilled, so I had to get him in the right mood.) It was fun, but not "great." We then stopped off and got Joe a souvenir and then headed off to use our Fast Pass at Radiator Springs Racers. We got it around 10am this morning and received a 5:20-6:20pm timeframe (shows you how popular the ride is!) But it paid off and we waited about 10 minutes vs. 55 minutes! It was super-fun... a cool, new ride for sure. My hair (in the picture, says it all!) SMILE.

Samuel was stuck on some "bumper car" ride... I could only think of Autopia, so we headed off to Disneyland. We hopped on the train and headed for Tomorrow Land. However, we ended up in the WRONG LINE (horrible mom!) and ended up on the Monorail, taking us around the park. But, it ended up being a nice break for both of us! :-) We then decided to walk back, get dinner and watch a movie in the room! Dinner took longer than expected, so he is watching a movie right now... but not thinking we will last very long... He is a HAPPY kid right now, but also tuckered out!

We got to talk with Joe tonight, so that was GREAT. I miss Luke and Rachel SO MUCH, but having such a special time with Samuel, for sure...
